GOD-GAME / VILLAGE SIM
Hold the world. See how it answers back.
Divine Bond is a world-shaping god game about a living village and the Yokai watching over it. Grab, help, interfere, cast miracles, and discover how both the villagers and their guardian react to the kind of god you become.
A living village. A reactive world. Good intentions do not always stay good.
About
Nothing stands still here. Especially after you interfere.
You grab objects, point at places, cast miracles, and meddle with everyday village life.
People work, build, fight fires, panic, and try to make a life in a world that keeps reacting to what you do.
- Shape the world by hand Pick up objects, point at places, and act directly with your own hand.
- The village has a mind of its own Villagers have their own business, their own reactions, and do not wait politely for your decision.
- Help, chaos, side effects Sometimes you save the day. Sometimes people remember what you did for a very long time.

Not every decision looks dangerous at first. The consequences usually arrive a little later.

Behind Divine Bond
Divine Bond is an independent project born from a long-standing love for god games and systemic simulation games.
I started creating Divine Bond because the kind of god game I wanted to play simply wasn't being made anymore.
My goal is to create a living world where villagers have lives and responsibilities of their own, where the player influences the world rather than directly controlling everything, and where actions have visible consequences.
Divine Bond is my attempt to bring the feeling that made classic god games so special into a modern systemic sandbox, while building its own identity around Yokai, Miracles, autonomous villagers and a world that reacts to the player.
Thank You
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Divine Bond so far — everyone who has tested the game, shared feedback, offered ideas, helped solve problems, followed the project, wishlisted the game, or simply encouraged me to keep going.
Whether your contribution was big or small, you have helped Divine Bond become a better game.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
